COVID-19 UPDATE

The continuing Covid-19 pandemic is affecting every single one of us in one way or another. We do, of course, completely appreciate that gardens aren’t ‘life and death’, but coronavirus has clearly demonstrated how important having an enjoyable and relaxing outside space can be. Spending quality time in a great garden has always had many benefits, but we think this is particularly the case in times of crisis and change. Planning a new garden is, perhaps, the next best thing and can definitely be almost as enjoyable. After all, what could be better than having something pleasant to focus on and to look forward to for when things improve in the (hopefully) not too distant future?

We are proud to have continued to help many people create their new garden over the last few months and we are regularly adapting the way we work to try to ensure we are keep everybody involved as safe as possible. Many of our garden design services can be provided remotely, but when it is necessary to meet with our customers or their contractors 'face to face' or 'on site', we do so outside and with the appropriate social distancing and face coverings. We are also always pleased to try to accommodate any additional specific customer requirements that may be requested.

Professional fixed-fee garden design fees:

Wouldn’t life be simple if we all treated each other fairly and openly? We think so, and that’s why we are proud to offer FREE initial garden design consultations (within our usual working area) and fixed-price garden design fees. It’s pretty simple- our design fees are set according to the size of the garden we are asked to design: the smaller the garden, the smaller the fee. 

Don't worry if you don't know how large your garden is, we can usually verbally declare our garden design fees at an initial garden design consultation meeting. We’ll also always confirm our fee in writing before you decide if you'd like to proceed with a garden design commission. And, for the vast majority of projects, we won’t ask for payment until we’ve produced a garden design to your complete satisfaction.
