COVID 19 & working as safely as possible

COVID-19 UPDATE: AUTUMN 2021

We are proud to have been able to continue to serve our customers throughout the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. We realise, of course, that gardens aren’t ‘life and death’, and nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our customers, our colleagues, and our friends and family. But we absolutely also know how important a great outdoor space can be for so many of us, and so we have done our best to continue to work despite the challenging circumstances.

We are continuing to exercise caution whilst Covid-19 remains a significant risk. When it is necessary to meet with our customers or their contractors 'face to face' or 'on site' we prefer to do so outside and with the appropriate social distancing and face coverings. We are also always pleased to try to accommodate any additional specific customer requirements that may be requested.
